I got out of shape after the birth of my son Noah. His Mom and I basically had multiple ice cream eating contests during the pregnancy. I have never been in worse shape in my life. I decided it was time for a change and I started hitting the gym. I lost 10 lbs and gained some muscle but I felt a plateau coming on so after watching the p90x infomercial about 20 times I finally broke down and decided to try the challenge. So as the saying goes... Bring It!
