My favorite thing about fitness activities and healthy eating is the feeling I have after I've chosen to work out, eat well and/or push myself rather than taking the easy road. I love supporting others so they can experience this natural high, too!

I recently became a mom and am very proud to say that, in just nine weeks lost all of my baby weight plus an extra pound. Thank you P90X and Shakeology! I'm now down an additional twenty pounds from my pre-baby weight!

I am so excited about my role as a Beach Body Online Fitness Coach. I love helping my customers achieve their fitness goals and feel that same gratification that I love so much after finishing a tough workout or being empowered in their nutrition choices.
