I am a 31 year old mother, with two girls, and I am ready to rock and get started on my workouts! (: I do go to the gym now, but I do not go that often. I am doing more of my Insanity workout DVD, at home, and I love it! (: I am a vegan, and I am trying to eat more raw foods.

I got started in Insanity a few years ago. I am now motivated to really start and finish my goals and stay with it! I have Chron's Disease, and I have had no symptoms, since taking Shakeology and doing Insanity. I have been drinking Shakeology for several months now, and I have been doing Insanity for over a month now. I lost about 15 pounds, I am healthy, I have more energy, and I am so happy with the results, I decided to become a coach, as well! I am very happy where I am in life, and feel very blessed.
