Happy Holidays everyone! I just started a new workout about a week ago, power half hour. I have to tell you I love it, i can do one half hour workout or combine two for a full hour of pushing play. I also joined a weight watchers at work program and with my beachbody workouts and healthy eating i've dropped 8 lbs so far. not a lot but considering the time of the year its great. I have about 35lbs to go but i am confident with beachbody I'll get there!!

Ok, I started P90 again about 15 days ago. So far everything is going great! I'm in WOWY everyday and its great to see so many people in there working out and supporting each other. I love having Success Buddies it really motivates me to keep it up. my weight is down but its so slow, as long as i can lose inches and feel better then I don't worry too much about the scale though. Thank you Beachbody for helping me with this. I feel great and know I can make it to the 90 day mark with great success. Keep pushing play everyone!

Happy Cinco De Mayo! I finished all 90 days of p90, yeah! now its back to 30 days of power half hour. finally i must have hit my stride,because since starting WW in October I now have lost 12.8 lbs! the first 5 took for ever and next 5 even longer but now my body seems to be in fat burning, weight losing mode, hopefully it stays there for awhile. keep up the great work and keep supporting each other it really does work!!

05/09/09: here we go again, i've been pretty good about keeping up my workouts. last year I started a new job and along with it was 13 weeks of training in a town about an hou from my home, my workouts suffered but now I'm back on track with Turbo Jam and running. I ran two 5k's last year and this year I have about 4 in mind. right now I can run it in about 37 min my goal is 35 min by june 13!
