Hi, my name is Sara. I live in Nebraska with my husband, two children, and three step-children. Needless to say we are always busy. I love to spend time outdoors, growing flowers, bike riding, and scrapbooking. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who counsels people with mental health or behavioral issues. Most of my job is spent sitting in an office all day. I used to work out regularly Hi, my name is Sara. I live in Nebraska with my husband, two children, and three step-children. Needless to say we are always busy. I love to spend time outdoors, growing flowers, bike riding, and scrapbooking. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who counsels people with mental health or behavioral issues. Most of my job is spent sitting in an office all day. I used to work out regularly until about 5 years ago when i had surgery on my neck. Then a car accident and surgery on my knee. And most recently, new medication for migraines added about 25lbs to my total weight. So, I decided it was time to get serious about getting myself back on track. Wanting to get healthy and in shape hasn't been the problem, but making it to the gym has, so, with Beachbody my hoome is my gym and i can use it whenever I want. This works perfect for my lifestyle.

After surgeries and two children, I have been pretty out of shape. Felt unhealthy and often relied on quick/unhealthy food. I started to feel bad about myself and was at my heaviest (when not pregnant). I never had an issue with weight growing up and was always active in dance and gymnastics, so it was really difficult for me to accept my body the way it had become So, I decided to do something about it. I'm getting back into the habit of excersizing on a regular basis and trying to eat healthier. It's exciting being part of this team which helps motivate me and set goals for myself.
