I am an almost 40 year old woman who had a bit of a health scare lately. I found out the other day that I am fine, but I have a few "indicator" as my doctor put it for future problems. I need to take control of my weight and my health if I am going to do the things that I want to do with my life. So, I joined this club. Wish me luck!!
