I am an army wife and stay at home mother to 4 kids ages 2-10. I had reached the biggest I ever was at 238, and decided I wanted to change my way of life. I began my journey with a physician's approval of a diet pill, and it got me started, but I also knew that I couldn't do that for the rest of my life. I have lost 50 lbs. in 11 months, but I still have at least 38 more to go. My goal is to I am an army wife and stay at home mother to 4 kids ages 2-10. I have lost 50 lbs. in 11 months, but I still have at least 38 more to go. My goal is to be 150, but if I get under that it's a bonus : ) I didn't want to set my goal too small and become discouraged. But I also knew that losing weight isn't enough -- I want the flat stomach and all over toned body as well, so I ordered Hip Hop Abs and I absolutely love it!

I have never been so excited about an exercise program before! When the infomercial caught my eye, I had to buy HHA. I started it the day I got it in the mail, and after only 5 days I lost 2 1/2 More ...
I have never been so excited about an exercise program before! When the infomercial caught my eye, I had to buy HHA. I started it the day I got it in the mail, and after only 5 days I lost 2 1/2 inches from my waist, 2 inches off my hips, 1 inch from my chest, and 1/2 inch off my arms and thighs! 7 inches in only 5 days!!!!! I am following the calender that arrived with the dvd's, but I am also trying to add something to them each day. If I am only supposed to do Ab Sculpt, I go ahead and do the Fat Burning Cardio also because I love doing it! If I am supposed to do both, I will add the 5 minute abs also. I am not drinking any sodas anymore, and rather than drinking 2 pots of coffee a day, I drink only 1-2 cups of it in the morning. I drink at the very minimum 2 liters of water throughout the day. I am not taking any dietary supplements, but have cut my portions back to 1/3 of what they were. I am trying to eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, and am baking rather than frying foods when I cook them for my family ( they are getting healthy too without realizing it : D ). When I saw my 5 day results, I became even more motivated than I already was to keep pushing play no matter what! If I have results like that in only 5 days, then my transformation even in just a month will be awesome! I love the fact that when I look down now, I don't just see my stomach and toes -- I actually have legs too! I can't thank Shaun T or the girls from my thread enough for their amazing support and encouragement, and I love the fact that after 33 years, I am no longer gonna be the fat girl!
