Hello everyone,
I am a 31 y/o guy who is looking to get ripped. I used to be a lightweight boxer during my years in college. That means I was around 130 pounds and with a height of 5-11. I looked extremely skinny. Currently I’m around 183pounds and even though I work out 5-6 days a week, my body does not ”rock” the way I want it. You know - the X factor! I definitely hit the “fitness plateau”
