29 Year old Male, who recently found Beachbody. In December of 2010, I stepped on the scale and realized I weighed 230 pounds. Things were getting out of control to say the least; daily I would consume over 4,000 calories. Being a former athlete in three sports, and considering myself in shape was a great feeling. I used to go to the gym regularly and exercise so I could continue to perform at a high level for the sports I participated in.

After leaving college, I developed alot of sedentary habits, mainly video games and eating junk food. It finally got out of control, so today is the day I take it all back and get back to where I was.
