Leominster, MA 29 Year old Male, who recently found Beachbody. In December of 2010, I stepped on the scale and realized I weighed 230 pounds. Things were getting out of control to say the least; daily I would consume over 4,000 calories. The diet usually consisted of a pizza or large steak and cheese sub for dinner at work, then a second dinner when I got home from work. I guess you can say I was eating to hide 29 Year old Male, who recently found Beachbody. In December of 2010, I stepped on the scale and realized I weighed 230 pounds. Things were getting out of control to say the least; daily I would consume over 4,000 calories. The diet usually consisted of a pizza or large steak and cheese sub for dinner at work, then a second dinner when I got home from work. I guess you can say I was eating to hide from my life. I was negative, overweight, angry, and very insecure about my life and where it was going. In addition to my poor diet habits I would sit in front of my computer playing games for 6 hours a day, eating junk food and drinking sodas. My sedentary lifestyle combined with my poor sleeping habits I was going nowhere fast. Then came the bright spot:
On December 21st, 2010 - I recalled someone who was a Beachbody Coach, Christine Dwyer, I asked her if she'd be my coach and help me transform my life. She accepted, and thus far has made an incredible difference in my life. In a short amount of Time I went from doing Turbo Jam (for 90 days) to starting Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. I am confident, happy, and a much different person. My diet consists of 1800 calories and vigorous exercise 5-6 days a week. I have also made new positive friends through Beachbody, that has been the giant difference in my life. Without these people and my coach, I definitely wouldn't be where I am today. THANK YOU!!!

Being a former athlete in three sports, and considering myself in shape was a great feeling. I used to go to the gym regularly and exercise so I could continue to perform at a high level for the sports I participated in.
After leaving college, I developed alot of sedentary habits, mainly video games and eating junk food. It finally got out of control, so today is the day I take it all back and get back to where I was.
