My weight loss journey really started after my second son was born. I was over 200 lbs after his birth. When he weaned a year later, I knew I had to do something. I had only lost about 20 of the 60lbs I'd put on with his pregnancy. I tried all sorts of methods to lose weight. Shakes, pills, special waters, and even by going vegetarian. I did lose some weight, but I was not healthy.

In October of 2001 I joined WW with a friend. That is where I learned portion control, and the importance of exercise. I've been a lifetime member of Weight Watchers since July 2002. I lost 35 lbs and had created a whole new set of habits, this time they were healthy ones!

I had my third son in 2006, went back to WW to lose the weight. I'm now looking at firming my body and losing inches, so that all my clothes fit great again. This is what has led me to Turbo Jam and Beach Body. I ready to take it up a notch, and really get fit and as healthy as I can.

Now 2 years later, I've joined up with my husband and we started and completed Chalean Extreme, and are now starting Rev Abs. We are both loving it so far, and are looking forward to seeing BEACH BODIES!!
