I am a typical 44 yr old father of 5 kids that let myself get very out of shape thanks to poor eating, busy lifestyle and not enough exercise. I was about 30 lbs overweight for my height and age and decided it was time to change and get healthy.

In my younger years I used snow ski and was active in racing until I tore my acl. I also used to bike and play tennis often, so when a family member gave me p90x as a gift to try I figured what the heck. I could hardly do the warm-ups! The first two weeks I 'did what I could' and lost some weight. I am now in week 6, down about 18 lbs, and feeling better, getting stronger and my flexibility is noticeably better. I have a long
way to go but feeling more and more encouraged that I could be a P90x success story.
