When I started P90X, I felt lethargic and toxic around the waist. The online Beachbody community kept me accountable in keeping with the workouts, and now I've lost 23 pounds, shredded 4+ inches off my waist, and dropped to 10% in body fat. I feel an internal strength building more and more within me, and my wife says I am more energetic. The biggest obstacle to my transformation has been implementing self-control when eating food (i.e. choosing what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat). I am continuing to fight that battle and am winning mostly. I did 2 rounds of P90X Classic, then p90x+ Lean, then One on One's mixed in, P90X Classic again, and now I'm doing Insanity.

Doing Tony Horton's One on One series these days and loving it.

Last weeks workouts - worked out 5 hrs. and 59 min. and burned 2992 calories. Day 103 out of 135 = 76% clean eating days.
