Last time I updated, I was just entering phase 3 of P90X. I can't believe it has been that long.

Last time I updated, I was just entering phase 3 of P90X. I can't believe it has been that long.

I have since completed the 90 days of the program and am currently on the 2nd day of phase 2 of Insanity.

Insanity has been an eye opener for me. The workouts are the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. They push you to and beyond your physical limit everyday, and I LOVE IT.

I encourage everyone out there to just give it a shot. Even if you aren't in that good of shape and can only do half the workout, the pounds will FALL OFF! I will update again soon. Thanks for looking.

In April of 09, I decided that I wanted to get in shape for the summer.

I had heard about P90X from some friends and thought it would be a fun program to try.

I didn't really know anything about it other than it was VERY INTENSE.

I needed something that would increase cardiovascular capacity as well as build muscle and lose fat.

The Day I started my program, I was 6'4 3/4, 229 pounds, and had 17.9% body fat.

My goal by the end of the 90 days was to be down to 210 pounds and 12% body fat.

I knew this was a HUGE transformation to ask for but I am pretty self-motivated and thought I could do it.

Today is July 1st, Day 60, and I am currently 6'5 1/2, 211 pounds, and my body fat is 12.6.

I have basically already achieved my goal and I still have 30 days to go! And yes, I grew 3/4 of an inch...thank you Yoga!!!! :)

I will keep updating as my journey continues!
