As a child, I was extremely heavy and I decided to make a life change at the age of 22...I lost 160 pounds by diet and exercise...I started at 300 pounds and went to 140...Since then I have had two children, and my second child was born 6 weeks ago by c-section...I worked out through both pregnancies but my second one was much harder...I now have to take off about 40 pounds...I workout everything
