Been working hard for awhile to get into shape. I have two great kids and a supportive wife. Need to take control of my health. I enjoy working out and running. I had let myself get out of shape and my body has started to tell me so with many injurys including a back that will not get better... My goal is weight loss and conditioning. But getting tone and feeling great is a bonus.

Have had a up and down history of weight loss. After being an athlete in High School, I weighed close to 300 lbs. Lost 65 with atkins. Then went back up to 274. I have stayed very active. Running many More ...
Have had a up and down history of weight loss. After being an athlete in High School, I weighed close to 300 lbs. Lost 65 with atkins. Then went back up to 274. I have stayed very active. Running many 5 and 10 K's. including a personal goal of completing a half marathon. I have suffered many set backs including a bad back that started in March of 2008. Recently i started correctly:) over the last 2 1/2 months of eating 1800 to 2200 calories at the 40/40/20 % i have lost 26 pounds and my back is starting to feel better. not great.. Started P90X on fathers day. My kids and wife purchased it for me and i am very excited to follow and complete the program.
