April 22, 2011 I became a P90X Graduate. It was the biggest accomplishment of my life. My body, my mood, my outlook on life completely changed. I was never considered overweight, but I was unhappy with the way college life eating/drinking changed my body. Obviously I have lost a few pounds (I fit into a Size 2 pair of shorts and a Size 6 dress) and gained a lot of muscle. But more importantly, I have gained a new-found confidence in myself, a new attitude towards eating better and being active and a new energy that I have never had before.

The 90 days may be over, but I am nowhere near done. I can't imagine a day without a workout.

May 24, 2011 I signed up to be a beachbody coach to pay it forward and help encourage those who need that extra nudge to get those workouts done and to cut back on unhealthy eating. I hope my enthusiasm will help others reach their fitness goals.

June 2nd my journey begins with TURBOFIRE! Can't wait to start :)
