P90X has provided me the tools to live a happier and healthier life. I have been losing weight and keeping it off. My favorite work out is Plyometrics, it never gets easier because I push myself harder everytime.

P90X has been the ultimate experience to change my life. I have always enjoyed sports and being active with friends and teams. Unfortunately when I got to college I accepted the "Freshmen 15" packed on pounds and began living a more sedentary lifestyle. Every summer I would come home and have put on more weight. At my peak I weighed 215 lbs. Finally I had enough of being lazy and I wanted to take control of my body. I began running and doing basic working out. I lost a few pounds but still was not entirely satisfied. A friend of mine turned me onto P90X telling me all of the benefits that he had gained from starting the routine. My brother and I talked it over, got the DVD's and started our transformation. I will admit that there are some days that I'm yelling at Tony because it hurts that bad, but when I finish that last push up or sit up I feel so much better. I have not been happier, healthier, and more energetic in my entire life. My life if getting better and better every day that I push play. Thank you P90X and keep on keeping on everybody! X
