I've just completed this 1st Round of P90X and it has been a more powerful journey than I expected on Day 0. I dropped by body fat percentage 32% (from 13.5% to 9.2%) which is pretty tough considering I was fairly lean as I started. Wow. Just wow - still reflecting on all the changes this has brought about, not all physical.
