Update 2/27/10: My foray into Insanity didn't last long due to a foot injury (picture me running - foot lands in a hole - I keep going and the foot doesn't - ouch!), but I'm healed and back now. Back and bigger than ever. This is an even bigger OUCH than the ankle injury.

Just finished week 2 of Insanity, and I am lucky enough to be joined by the hubs, joelp57, in doing it. Actually, he gets the credit for motivating me since he began the routine and so sweetly asked me to join him. He's a nice guy and has never complained about my ever-widening backside, but maybe he's tired of hearing me complain that my clothes don't fit?

It's time to reclaim my body from underneath this fat suit I've been wearing.

I've begun Insanity, and they aren't kidding with the name! The good news is that I've got room to improve. The better news is that I won't get bored nor will I wonder "if it's working". After the Fit Test on day 1 and then Plyo-Cardio, I've got no doubts! wow - I can feel it already.
