I've struggled with my weight my entire life and I come from a very overweight Southern family with poor eating habits (huge family-style meals with all the fixin's). I've tried everything from working out a couple hours at the gym daily to pills to special diets...nothing seemed to really work. To make matters worse, I have severe asthma.
