I have recently started the ChaLEAN Extreme program about 2.5 weeks ago. Ive had this program for a few years and for some reason I never got around to using it. For some reason I decided to just start it and after only a short amount of time I can already see and feel a big difference in where I was two weeks ago. My biggest problems that I am working to fix would be my overall fitness and stamina (I may be a small person but I am no where close to being in good shape) and I would also love to lower my cholesterol. Yea that tends to run in my family easily at early ages. My biggest problem I am still working on fixing are my eating habits. I've made some big improvements over the past few weeks but there is still a lot I can do. So far I think the biggest help has been switching to drinking only water. Cutting out soda and even caffeine all together has helped to make a big improvement. For the first time ever I actually cannot wait to wake up and start my workout. I look forward to my rest days being over with because when I workout I feel so much better throughout the day. On my rest days I still do a light cardio workout because if I don't I actually feel more tired throughout the day. I look forward to posting more updates about my improvement and reaching my goals. One piece of advice to those who say they don't have time to workout...I am a full time college student (19 credit hours a semester) and I work a full-time 40 hr a week job. Most the time outside of work I am studying because with my 7 classes a semester I am still maintaining a 4.0 GPA and I am actively involved with 3 National Honor Societies at school and I am a very active Make-A-Wish volunteer. All I know is if I can make the time everyday then so can you :).
