I have been an on again off again gym participant for a long time. My fitness training I guess you could say has been a a roller coaster ride. I won a contest appx. 3 years ago in a local gym and since have let the progress fall aside and now again here I sit out of shape again, but not for long. The contest was 12 weeks in length and it was to see who could manage the best transformation during that period. I lost 35 lbs and never lost any strength even when I cut down on carbs during the competition. I have worked with several personal trainers and now am alot more equipped for this journey back to the top.I am enjoying the program because it holds you accountable and provides as much support as you desire whether it be a little or alot. I am a career Paramedic/Firefighter/Rescue Diver,so fitness is very important. I also Captain and Mate on offshore fishing boats out if Fish Tails in Ocean City Maryland. If you have never caught Tuna, White and Blue Marlin and various other species I highly recommend it!
