I am a father of 2, a 4 y/o little girl and a 3 y/o little mini me. I work for the FD and served in the Marines. After a few years of multiple schools and fast food I found Myself at 300 lbs. I am a father of 2, a 4 y/o little girl and a 3 y/o little mini me. I work for the FD and served in the Marines. After a few years of multiple schools and fast food I found Myself at 300 lbs. I didn't like being in pictures with my kids because I felt like I was ruining the pictures. After some serious personal soul searching I decided I didn't want to feel the way I did, didn't want to be ashamed of myself and most importantly, wanted to be a great role model for my kids. I lost alot of weight just changing my diet and training for triathlons. I lost about 70 lbs during that time. I however ran into a new problem and had to have surgery to my neck to fix some bad genetics. I'm back feeling 100% again, but I put some of that weight back on. Besides I hit a plateau anyway. I have had friends speak highly about P90X and decided to try it. I have seen so many success stories using this program that I am hopeful. I watched the success stories on Youtube and that's what made my choice for me. I have the determination and so far I have done 2 of the 11 disks and am more than excited. These programs are incredible. Once I finish I can't wait to get to the next day to do another.
