Hi! My name is Stewart Forscher. I'm 38 years old and live in Atlanta, GA. I used to be in pretty good shape, running half marathons and the Chicago marathon in 1999. In 2007-2010 timeframe, after becoming a dad, I gained about 15-20 lbs. My diet wasn't what it used to be, and my exercise went down. On June 7, 2010, I started P90X.

On September 4, 2010, I completed 90 days of P90X. By the end I had lost 13 pounds, from 167 to 154. On September 12, 2010, after one week off, I started P90X Round 2. In December 2010, I finished More ...
On September 4, 2010, I completed 90 days of P90X. By the end I had lost 13 pounds, from 167 to 154. On September 12, 2010, after one week off, I started P90X Round 2. In December 2010, I finished Round 2. I then did Round 3, which was a P90X/Insanity hybrid followed by Asylum, P90X 1-on-1 Volume 3, and P90X2. I am now doing Les Mills Pump. I now weigh 144 lbs and am in the best shape of my life! I feel like a million bucks and would love to help you do the same.
