I am a 34 year old male ,husband and father of a 4 year old son.I am probable in the worst shape of my life for now. I saw p90x commercial and decided to buy it,i figured what do i have to lose except More ...

I am a 34 year old male ,husband and father of a 4 year old son.I am probable in the worst shape of my life for now. I saw p90x commercial and decided to buy it,i figured what do i have to lose except a lot of weight.I started in january09 worked out for six weeks then i got pneumonia,so i had to quit for a while ie.six months went by and i gained back the 22lbs i lost over the first six weeks.Thats when I finally decided I need to recommit myself to the work outs and start a new healthy eating lifestyle.I currently would love to get down to 175lbs and 12% body fat.I plan on finishing this round of p90x and hopefully continue p90x and mabe and in some other routines.
