I am a disabled 30 year old. I have about 50% usage of my left foot, aftermath of a Brain Tumor I got last year. I also have a Shunt in my brain from a car accident I was in 6 years ago. I can put only little stress/strain on my brain, which does limit what I can do with weights.

I was 217 lbs in early August. I have not Worked Out in 6 years. I wanted to go on vacation and decided I need to lose some weight so I could be a little more confident during poolside pictures. More ...
I was 217 lbs in early August. I have not Worked Out in 6 years. I wanted to go on vacation and decided I need to lose some weight so I could be a little more confident during poolside pictures.
I started going to gym and did about 30-45mins of cardio. I did this for about 2 1/2 weeks. I then started to lift weights via machines. Nothing serious though, 2 10lb dumbbells and push-ups while at home and a light weight lot of reps full upper-body workout at gym. I went on vacation 28 days later and had got down my weight to 195 :) When I got back I started more weight training and a lot less cardio. I started splitting different muscles on different days and up the weight. I began hitting every muscle from multiple angels and what not. I have seen very good results. I kinda look almost like Rocky from Rocky part1. My goal is to look like Rocky from Rocky 3 or 4. I started the P90X 2 weeks ago. I love it! I am feeling sore and I like it!
