Hello everyone! My name is Shana, I'm 25 years old and have tried every workout program possible! I currently work in the jewelry business where I sit most of the day, so I make sure that I get to the gym at least 5 days a week. I just started the Chalean Extreme program, and so far so good. It really does kick your butt...after the first day I was so sore, and I'm no stranger to weight

I have tried many times before to achieve my fitness goals and have fallen short each time. After working with some of Beachbody's work out programs I am confident that this time it will work, and I will be able to achieve my goals. I am starting Tony Horton's Power half hour paired with cardio a few times a week. I will be blogging my progress, that always seems to keep my motivated.
