I'm 41 yrs old and was a "track star" in high school, joined the military right after and got into martial arts (Black Belt in Kempo). Got into a little rock climbing back in the late 90's, my best friend then was an aerobics instructor-so I'd go to evening class with her and we'd go for runs in the morning. Had my own martial arts school for a time, got married 9 years ago and somehow stopped

At 16 days into P90X I was feeling better than I had in more years than I care to say. At 14 days I did a little measuring and weighing. I've gone down 2 lbs and lost about an inch around my More ...
At 16 days into P90X I was feeling better than I had in more years than I care to say. At 14 days I did a little measuring and weighing. I've gone down 2 lbs and lost about an inch around my midsection. My uniform pants at work aren't so hard to close up anymore and I can go down one more notch on the uniform belt without having to suck in that gut. Yay me!!!

During the 3rd week on Shoulders & Arms I actually completed ALL of the Ab Ripper X portion -- HELL YEAH BABY!!! By the end of third week, I was feeling awesome. Looking in mirror and I think I see more changes, but determined not to take pictures or measurements until day 28 -- know for sure then.

According to 28-Day measurements; I'm down ~4% body fat -- WHOO HOOO! Still hovering around the same weight, so that's fat to muscle conversion at work. Awesome!

Another 2 weeks; another 2% body fat gone!! Redistributing body mass; loosing inches around midsection (fat) and adding inches to arms and legs (muscle).

Being sick SUCKS!! I blew all of week 9. Gonna start up again on 3/16.
