Hi I started using P90X in February of last year and stayed on it for about 140 days actually, then switched to the first session of Hip Hop Abs. I Did that from August - December of 2009, and since January I have been on the 2nd Edition of Hip Hop Abs, and I'm going to reincorporate some of the P90X workouts back into my routine as well. In Feb of 2009 I weighed 208 pounds, and now I'm down to
