Hey folks. I'm Phill Miller. In the summer of 2009, me and my fiance, Sheanna, decided we wanted to make the commitment to get into the best shape of our lives. Starting in May of 2009 we began a 90 day transformation through P90X. I lost over 20 pounds and went from 21% body fat down to 13%. Sheanna went from 22% body fat down to 13%.
