The only true way to decribe the unhealthy lifestyle of the past is to explain how food at one point seemed as though it was a savor of some sort. The year 2003 began an era of unhealthy eating, depression, and anxiety. Not only that, but lies to myself as well. Lies that kept the pounds on and the healthy true lifestyle I was ment to have far away from eyesight.

The year 2003 began an era of unhealthy eating, depression, and anxiety. Not only that, but lies to myself as well. Lies that kept the pounds on and the healthy true lifestyle I was ment to have far away from eyesight.
For some reason, I believed food was helping me through my depression/trials and tribulations. When I tell this community, life has thrown just about everything my way, I am not over analyzing or speaking false words and phrases. I over ate on a daily basis.
Today, I stand here as a women of strength and integrity. At one point in time, I would be scared to write down some of those words but some friends showed me that its alright to have problems. As dramatic as these things may seem, I am finally at a point in my life where I am happy. You see, people throughout my entire life have said, "Sheila you are so strong." But at the end of the day, as you have read, I was far from strong, I was weak. Through working with Team Beachbody, the coaches I have worked with have truely shown me what it is to be strong willed.
This next transition in my life of exercise and healthy eating will be the true test. I am very excited and emotional about this next phase in the life of a home town girl struggling to find herself.
