I'm 27 and in better shape now than I was when I was 18. I'm currently a server, which I love doing since it's fast-paced and keeps me moving throughout the day.

I live my life eclectically. I love traveling and have twice lived overseas.

I'm pretty tall (5'10"), with tiny bones, making it fairly easy for me to appear thin. But I've never been in particularly good shape. I just always hated exercise. In high school I got my PE More ...
I'm pretty tall (5'10"), with tiny bones, making it fairly easy for me to appear thin. But I've never been in particularly good shape. I just always hated exercise. In high school I got my PE credit through marching band. In college I took a book/theory class with all the pregnant and disabled people. I thought I looked just fine, so I didn't care that I could barely make it up a flight of stairs. I would try workouts every once in a while. I never liked the gym--I was way too self conscious about my lack of coordination to try the group classes. If I failed to keep up once, that was it for me. And the cardio machines were just so boring.

As I've been getting older, I've noticed that my body just doesn't shed weight the way it used to, and I was developing a bit of a pot belly. No one else really noticed, but they also never saw me in a bikini.

I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam a while back and ordered it. It turned out to be everything I had hoped for--a motivational instructor, and the moves while challenging enough to give me a sense of accomplishment were still doable. And it was fun. I actually liked working out, and got into great shape.

However, in late 2008 the weight started creeping back on. I'd stopped working out, except maybe once a week, and was eating out a lot. I decided it was time to ramp things up and ordered ChaLean Extreme. My results have been phenomenal, and I feel so much better. I can do so much more at work--it's kind of fun being able to lift huge trays of food none of the other girls can!

My transformation requires day to day effort, and some days are better than others. My goals are to eat cleaner and more regularly rather than one large meal at the end of the day.
