I am a wife, mom, friend. I have been married to my husband for 7 years. We have 3 children and I work outside of the home. I am a certified group fitness instructor, where I teach TURBO KICK. I am very involved in my church where I am a Small Group Leader of several small groups. God has lead me through my entire life and with being a Team Beachbody Coach, He is leading this as well.

When I saw my transformation in my pictures, I couldn't believe my eyes. When I took the before picture, I knew that I needed to lose weight, but I didn't realize I had gotten that bad. When I put the before and after together, I almost cried. I was very proud of what I had done, and being consistent is the key! For me, I had to find that point of when was enough, Enough? When was I going to stop the roller coaster and complete the journey that shouldn't have taken me so long? And again, it is about being consistent. I can't stress that enough! Take my mistakes and learn from them, be consistent. Complete the journey and have fun doing it. Stay true to yourself and to your workout, before you know it, you will be on the way to your own success story!

I just completed another round of CheLean Extreme. I am changing things up and fusing many workouts into a series. I have done P90X- didn't really like it, but LOVED ChaLean Extreme. I have done Insanity and Turbo Jam( Kick in the gym.) I wanted to try it to see the results that they could offer me while mixing it up. So the saga continues and I will keep you up to date on the progress.
