I'm a software engineer in the web games industry. For the last 10 months, I've been doing TBB workouts. I've completed 10-Minute trainer, Chaleen Extreme, and RevAbs.
But I have failed to get control of my diet until now. After eating perfectly for three weeks in the final months of RevAbs, I learned what it felt like to push really hard, feel great, and get great results.

Now I'm doing P90X, eating with the diet guide, and I'm blown away by my newfound commitment and first week results. I once set out as a life goal to be on the cover of Men's Health. If this progress continues, I'm going to be ripped, gorgeous, and huge.
I have been moderately athletic all my life. I was outside a lot as a kid and played Basketball and Tennis in Junior High. That's where I learned what real physical commitment felt like.
But life changes. By this time last year, I was in the worst shape of my life. My job was killing me (literally) because of long hours, stress, coffee, and zero exercise. I just didn't have the time.
TBB workouts fit into my schedule, so I decided to at least give it a try to "get through." Tony Horten reminded my what it was like to "Bring It" in the 10-Minute Trainer series. I was amazed that I could actually start to see my abs just from doing this intro workout.
And I was amazed that I could always make it harder without a lot of gym equipment. At one point, I got into SCT (Static Contraction Training). Maybe eight years ago. It was cool, but the workouts took hours, I didn't really like the gym too much, and while I got stronger, I wasn't *seeing* results.
I started to think that my body "just couldn't do that."
I'm delighted to say that I was wrong. I just didn't have the right plan.
I'm so excited to see what I can do with my overall body fat by being disciplined with my diet. And I'm really excited to see what happens with my body over the next few months.
All of my standards are changing now. Funny how that works.
Thanks to my coach, Benjamin Otto for getting me in the door, Tony H. for getting me through 10-Minutes a day to change my habits forever, Chaleen for all of her great tips on form and encouraging me to "PUSH!", and Brett Hobel. I'm strong, committed, and ready to go.
