This is the year to get my beachbody! My whole life I've basically been in shape without trying (so I thought).. Then I turned 40 and that's when the weight came on and realized I wasn't in shape. My goal is to create a lifestyle change with exercise and clean eating. I have 20-25 lbs to lose.
