My transformation starts with p90x and now continues with health, nutrition, and fitness for a better life for myself and hopefully influencing others. Before p90x I was a lazy couch potato. Eat, video games, computer, sleep, repeat, lol. It was a cycle that continued for such a long time. Everything changed when I had enough and I wanted something better for myself. I made the decision to walk the walk instead of talking the talk and I purchased p90x after watching the infomercial for like 3 weeks straight each night. My journey with p90x has changed my way of living and it is something that will continue for the rest of my life, this feeling that I have is way too good to ever revert to my old ways. My transformation is something that I am really proud of but it came with hard work and plenty of times were I felt like quitting but I knew that would not be an option for me whatsoever. I knew that I needed to see this process through with my best foot forward and my best efforts. I needed to do this for me and I am so thankful I did.
