I work for the railroad improving track conditions wich requires travel most of the time. I have been in sales and account management. Grew up in Nebraska and have lived in Texas and Colorado. I like anything outdoors and making and hanging out with family and friends.

I chose to transform my body with Beachbody since I have gained 69 pounds. I do not have near the energy I used to and have found I am tired more often and have a poor diet. I get tired just doing More ...
I chose to transform my body with Beachbody since I have gained 69 pounds. I do not have near the energy I used to and have found I am tired more often and have a poor diet. I get tired just doing the basic things that require a little physical energy such as going up a few stairs or walking uphill a little. I have developed more of a lethargic attitude on getting things done.

My work, railroading, requires physical exertion at times and I get "winded" much quicker, as opposed to when I did not weigh as much and worked out more often. I travel 95% of the time and stay in hotels which makes it difficult join a gym, stay on a regular workout routine, or keep good eating habits (convenience stores) since we move about every week and a half on average. So I cut way back on working out.

Since I have started with Beachbody, 10-29-09, doing mainly Turbo Jam and I can feel myself changing and I feel better. I do these turbo powered workouts in my hotel room so space is limited. I watch closely so I don't kick over a lamp, chair, or punch the TV out. I get a great workout though. My cravings for bad food (which I love) has decreased since I don't want to undermine what I have done from the intense workouts. My eating habits are cleaner, better. It is still a challenge at times to just skip a work out and get some fast food!

I dreaded workouts at first but after just doing it, I am looking forward to them because it feels so good when they are done. The WOWY club site has alot of information on it I use and I like seeing the other people working out when I am.

I figured it would take a couple weeks to feel any different but it hasn't. It has only been one week and I know I am on my way. Thanks Beachbody.
