i have two kids having my second in march i am ready to get my body in line
and feel confident about myself for the first time i come from a very large family
not very focused on health and just about everyone has heart disease or
diabetes i want more from life i dont want my children growing up with the
same unhealthy ways today is my day tomorrow is not an option

today i woke up at 10am and was still tired that was when i realized i am
always tired i am lazy so therefore i cannot be the parent my children need

always tired i am lazy so therefore i cannot be the parent my children need
the food choices and physical activity i do (which happen to be none)has
drained me i dont go outside i stay inside with the blinds closed i am the
reason i am unhappy so who better to change this whole mess then me

so here is my plan:
i will eat my meals every three hours apart with no more than 200 calories
per meal and no more than 6 meals per day.

i will wake up in the morning at 6:30 & exercise before my daughter wakes.

i will take a walk around my pond every day with my kids if the wheather
permits if not i will walk on my treadmill for 30 min everyday.

i will eat healthy foods and since i love chocolate so much i occasionally treat
myself to a half of a three muskateer bar.

at the end of the night once a week i will spend 30 min on the comp
updating my info on here and sparkpeople also i will not watch no more than
90 min of television a day
