Trying to stay ahead of the game has taken its toll on me physically. I have always been active in sports and staying fit. I love working out and staying active; however, I fell off the wagon somewhere along this journey. Too much work and no time for fun is not a life I want to live. I'm competitive and I hope you guys will help me make this a part of my life again.

My job has taken a toll on me. I have always been very active and over the last 3 years I have lost motivation to stay active. I've started 10 minute trainer to get back on that wagon and hopefully with the support of Beachbody, I will stay on that wagon. In November 2006, I moved and started a new job. At that time I was 125 pounds and in good shape. After three years of stress and falling off the workout wagon more times than I can count, I'm now more overweight than I have ever been at 144 pounds. Gaining nearly 20 pounds in three years is devastating and I know I have to do something about this before I start to tumble downhill to my family history of diabetes and high blood pressure.

12/13/09 - Started 10-Minute Trainer Accelerated Workout
1/12/10 - Completed TMT
*Because of my eating habits and the holidays, I did not see significant change. I did feel better after working out though.

1/17/10 - Started Chalean Extreme
2/15/10 - Completed Burn Phase
** I feel great and completed every workout. I have gained five pounds according to the scale. Hopefully it is all muscle. My eating is better than it was a month ago. My clothes seem to be fitting a little better and I feel great! Absolutely loved this phase and looked forward to each workout. Hope the Push Phase is the same.
4/16/10 - Finished Chalean Extreme
** This was a great program and kept my weight down. I didn't lose much weight, however I gained more lean muscle. I didn't lose much fat because of my eating habits, otherwise I'd probably have met my goals faster.
