I am 35 years old and have been actively involved in the martial arts for 28 years and various other sports, mainly tennis, basketball, golf, MMA and BMX. I have done P90x for over a year now with some weeks off due to moving and back issues at times. I am still going though, and had great results during my first round, lost about 25 pounds and had no special diet, no supplements, or anything. I

In 90 days I lost about 10-15 pounds but more importantly added more muscle and shredded more bodyfat. I am still continuing on to add more muscle and lose more fat, and to get to about 180 pounds of nothing but solid muscle. I had great results for day 60 even, and that is with a regular diet. No special diet really at all, but I am working on that. If I ate 100% clean I would look even better. But I find that unrealistic and hard to stay motivated and find the time and money to do special dieting. So I do my best and forget the rest and still get great results. I am currently three weeks in on round 2.
