For 35 years, I have been a full time Ski Instructor- which somedays requires up to 7 hours a day outside, in the cold in physical activity. The incredible programs of Beachbody give me the strength, stamina, agility and injury prevention necessary for me to continue functioning at such a high level! I have completed P90X, Insanity, RevAbs, Turbofire each several times. I like 'hybriding' the programs I've completed, and seeing how my body responds. It has been interesting to discover which programs help me become the leanest and which the strongest. I demand so much from my body day in and day out - and Shakeology is the key to the super nutrition my body seems to need to stay full of energy, and overcome injuries - I rarely miss a day , and feel it when I do!! I can honestly say I am more fit, leaner, stronger and have more endurance at 50 than at any other time in my life! I am truly in the best shape of my life! My skiing clients (and friends) have always asked me how I stay so fit and healthy... and now I can't help but share my secret for staying insanely fit with all my friends, co-workers and clients! There are no gimmicks, no gadgets, no magic cremes or potions! Just good old fashioned hard work, sweat and clean food. These programs and this company absolutely rocks!
