Plan to start the Turbo Jam program on January 4, with the goal being weight loss & muscle gain. There's a lot of "used-to's" - I used to be a size 4, I used to run 20 miles a week, etc. I'm sounding and looking a lot older than I want - gotta lot of living left in me, a lot to accomplish, need to be the healthiest I can be to get it all done :)
