I started out at 240 pounds and 28% body fat. My wife got me into Beachbody. She was doing Chalean. I started doing P90 and then graduated to P90X.

I started out at 240 pounds and 28% body fat. My wife got me into Beachbody. She was doing Chalean. I started doing P90 and then graduated to P90X.

Tony Horton's P90X is an excellent workout system, and I could tell I was getting stronger and fitter, but I wasn't loosing as much weight as I wanted. That's when I discovered the P90X Excel spreadsheet.

The P90X Excel spreadsheet gave me a diet plan that adds calorie confusion to the muscle confusion of the workouts. By changing my weekly calorie input I really started to loose the weight and body fat.

When I was done with P90X I went on to P90XPlus and a new spreadsheet.

At the end of P90XPlus I had dropped from 240 pounds to 210, and had gone from 28% body fat to 12%.

Now I'm working my way through INSANITY, and it truly is!
