I am a 38 year old stay at home mom and just starting in this new and exciting opportunity as a Beachbody Coach. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful daughters.

2 1/2 years ago I was at my heaviest weight after just having two daughters 14 months apart. I decided to make a healthy lifestyle change to my diet and getting back into exercise. I was able to get back to my goal weight after losing 70 pounds but struggled to maintain it and find a workout that could help with toning especially in my abs. In November 2009 I saw an infomercial on INSANITY and knew it was for me. Once I started the INSANITY workouts I loved it..and it made me feel better and healthier after each workout. And I am seeing a change in my body and in my abs which is where I needed to tone the most. I quickly became so excited about Team Beachbody and it's products that I thought having an opportunity to be a Beachbody Coach could be perfect for me.

I have committed myself to getting fit and to getting into the best shape of my life in 2010. I would love to help you to succeed in your fitness goals so that together we can both succeed.

I needed to find a workout to challenge me and to help me drop a few extra pounds and get back into shape. I have started INSANITY and love it. I have dropped about 5 lbs to put me at my goal weight again. Now I am focusing on muscle tone and getting into the best cardio shape.
