I'm 47 years old, married 20 years and have a son who will be going off to college this fall. This is the time for my wife and I to shine. We've been walking in the neighborhood and are starting ballroom dance classes soon. I want to get in the best shape of my life. I know that this will encourage my wife to get active as well. I hope that with the suppport of the MDB community I can start off
