hi. i am an almost 50year old hair stylist, married to the same guy since 1981. i have had two children, a son who died of congenital heart defects in 1996 at the age of 10, and my baby who will be 21 this year. 21 years ago my dad was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,10 years ago i was. 5years ago i had a major heart attack. my brother also had a health scare and is doing great with beach body. i
