I started TMT not to lose weight but to maybe gain and get back in shape. In Oct. of 2008, I crushed my left foot and broke left ankle. After my accident, I started working behind a desk for the first time in my life. I had to do something to get active. In June of ’09 my Coach Bob Hinkle told me about Beachbody. I looked over the different programs and liked the looks of TMT. I was sold the first time I pushed play! It fits into my day, before work-after work-or both. I have incorporated Shakeology into my meal plan to gain weight, by drinking it with my meals instead of a meal replacement. Upon turning 50 in June of ’10 decided it was time to challenge myself with P90X. You really have to keep your mind in the game to do the little things every day that will make a difference.
One of the many reasons I love TeamBeachBody so much, is I am able to workout in the comfort of my own home, with the luxury of a personal coach.
