Recently I lost 65 pounds and it has made a big difference in ALL that I do. I am more active, I feel better which makes EVERYTHING in my life happier, easier, and more enjoyable. I do more with my kids, I don't get as tired all the time, and it feels great to get those old clothes out from storage. I still have a lot more weight I would like to lose and a lot of firming up and rebuilding muscle. That is why I am back. It's more than just losing the weight, it's building a better, stronger body. I am looking forward to getting back into the workout routine and also trying my new Turbo Jam!
