April 2011 ~ Over 140 lbs are gone...not lost because I intend to never find them again!!! I have made some great accomplishments on my journey to a healthy lifestyle. On Sept. 1, 2009 I quit drinking soda pop (both regular and diet). I've eliminated Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Sweetners, Milk, Coffee, Half and Half and Processed Foods. I've also added some healthy foods like Shakeology, Coconut Water, Almond Milk and Stevia to my healthy lifestyle.
I have made it a healthy habit be accountable on a daily basis with other like minded people and support each other as we strive to accomplish our health and fitness goals while we continue our journey to health.
