Tecumseh, NE Hello~ I am excited to be transforming my life in several areas. Beginning Dec. 1, 2008, I made a major change in my eating habits and eliminated flour, sugar and starchy vegetables. On Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, a great friend of mine told me about becoming a Beachbody Coach. What a perfect fit...my next step in my transformation plan was to do physical activity. The ability to change my life, Hello~ I am excited to be transforming my life in several areas. Beginning Dec. 1, 2008, I made a major change in my eating habits and eliminated flour, sugar and starchy vegetables. On Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, a great friend of mine told me about becoming a Beachbody Coach. What a perfect fit...my next step in my transformation plan was to do physical activity. The ability to change my life, make a difference in other's lives and get paid for it is truly the ultimate opportunity. I was at the bottom of the fitness scale but now I am working my way to the top with the support of a fantastic team of coaches. I have battled my weight every since childhood and I am moving forward and taking care of myself so that I can be around to live out my purpose here on earth. April 2011 ~ Over 140 lbs are gone...not lost because I intend to never find them again!!! I have made some great accomplishments on my journey to a healthy lifestyle. On Sept. 1, 2009 I quit drinking soda pop (both regular and diet). I've eliminated Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Sweetners, Milk, Coffee, Half and Half and Processed Foods. I've also added some healthy foods like Shakeology, Coconut Water, Almond Milk and Stevia to my healthy lifestyle. I have made it a healthy habit be accountable on a daily basis with other like minded people and support each other as we strive to accomplish our health and fitness goals while we continue our journey to health.
