More statistics| slinkyme I'm forty something, work too much and need to do something for myself. I am about 25 lbs. over weight. I was a swimmer growing up, and I still like the humm of my body in motion, but I don't make it to the gym as often as could. I've never really worked with weights or done resistance training. I like to walk and I have a dog that loves mooking around in the weeds. But what I'd really like to do | ?
